Flow is an awesome all-in-one design that consists of a lycra® sock that you wear over your elbow which is equipped with IPX® gel, a substance that is soft and compliant as you ride but hardens with impact.

Thanks to the comfortable fit, Flow is perfect for long rides as it allows you to wear your protection without it chafing or feeling too heavy. The soft, light material takes up very little space and so is easy to pack. Redeema also has ventilation holes on the inside so you don’t get too hot.
